Car Wash Subscription
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY CAR WASH PLAN?
The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are on the program. The plan will auto-renew. You can update or cancel your plan at any time.
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY CAR WASH LOCATION?
Yes, you can use your subscription at any FastLane automatic car wash. Please visit our store locator to find the wash nearest you.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP?
It’s quick and easy! Download the FastLane app and select the car wash banner to access the car wash section. Choose your preferred package and select purchase. Follow the instructions to get started on your subscription plan!
CAN I CHOOSE MY CAR WASH PLAN?
Yes, we have three different plans to choose from. Protect, Shine, and Clean. After making your purchase, you will then see the option to “Activate Wash”. Select this, and scan the QR code on the portal at the car wash. You should receive a success message within the app. The payment terminal will indicate your wash is ready.
WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I CANCEL MY CAR WASH PLAN?
No, your plan will remain active until the day before your next billing date.
I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH ACTIVATING A WASH.
- Check if the store is a participating location, you can find all stores in the store locator. Go to the home page of the app, and refresh the page to make sure your location is updated.
- Make sure your location services in your settings are on and your mobile service is on.

I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH PAYMENT.
- Please check with Stripe to see if your method of payment is accepted.
- If you are not able to make a purchase of a Car wash plan, you need to ensure you have
completed your payment method first. Please make sure your information is entered correctly.

HOW MANY WASHES CAN I USE DURING A MONTH?
When subscribed to a package, users can wash their car two times per day throughout the month (Fair Usage policy) (Truck wash is limited to 6 per month).
