Guidelines
Eligibility & Restrictions
Our focus is those communities in which we have stores. Unfortunately, it is not possible to honor all requests, even though most are very worthwhile causes.
Warrenton Oil Company and its subsidiaries does not provide contributions to:
• Research projects, assessments or special studies
• Adult sport teams
• Scholarships
• Pageants
Request Process
We require a Contribution Request Form to be filled out online in its entirety. Organizations seeking a multi-year pledge or high dollar contribution will need to include the total cost of the project and how much money has been raised thus far. Warrenton Oil Company and its subsidiaries prefer that communities raise at least 60 percent of their total funding before soliciting a contribution from us.
Guidelines
All requests must follow the guidelines listed below to receive serious consideration.
• Submit request at least 45 business days prior to date donation is needed.
• Please limit requests to 1 per calendar year.
• Submit requests online only, using provided form. Phone/email requests will not be considered.
• Submit 1 request regardless of whether you wish to receive donations from several store locations.
• Due to high request volume, please refrain from calling the Corporate Headquarters or our stores to check request status.
• Checks will only be made payable to organizations and events, not individuals.
• We respond to all requests in timely fashion, assuming complete contact information is included on form.
